Returns and Refunds Policy

REVERSE PICKUP OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS

  1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery.
  2. We also offer free reverse pick-up of the item.
  3. Pick-up will be attempted thrice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund or return would not be initiated.
  5. Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
  6. Kindly allow 5-7 days for the return to be processed after it reaches our location and the amount to get reflected in your bank account.

  8. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • The shipping amount will always be returned to you even if the returned item does not qualify for refund.
  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
