  • Amount deducted from bank but order not confirmed?
    • No worries. If the amount is not reversed in your bank account in 48 hours, just let us know. We will make sure you get your money back.
  • Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

  • My received item is damaged or item is not as shown on website?
    • No worries. Just click the photograph of your item and write back to us on contact@flauntpassion.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product. We will ensure you get replacement or refund for the affected item.
  • I want to return the item?
    • We provide 7 day return policy for damaged, incorrect order. You will be required to send email stating the reason for return. Items returned should be in original condition and not washed with all labels intact. Once the return item is received, we will replace the item or refund you the full amount.
  • In how many days will I get refund for my item?
    • Refund generally takes 2 days to 5 days process by the banks.
  • Who will incur return shipping charges?
